Tracks and Scat

I went on a little hike today specifically to look for wild turkeys in the park. We have several, and I've seen them from time to time, but I've never actually set out to find them. I didn't see any today, but I found several signs that they were close by. Fist tracks, then scat, then I actually heard the hens clucking just out of view, hidden in the thickets. So today, again, I have chosen to add two pictures to my photo essay.
