SkyWatch Friday

I am pretty tired tonight and am also late for my guitar practice. I've found if I don't schedule myself a specific time play, I don't for weeks at a time, and then my fingers and mind have to re-learn everything. But I'll put if off for a few minutes more to post an image for SkyWatch Friday.

I have been very cold lately and have been longing to be in a warmer place. I often think of southern Utah, and so today's SkyWatch is from a trip I took a little over a year ago on my way down to Goblin Valley with my roomie and a good friend.

It was still cold the weekend we were there (it was in November), but this is such a nice warm picture, it makes me feel better. :)

Visit other views of the sky by heading over to the SkyWatch Friday page.

Wendy: That is a beautiful sky capture over the rocks.
Take care when linking in, your link took me to a bird link. I will correct it but it would of caused you less visits. FG/ Sky Watch Team

Wow, very nice picture. I'd never heard of Goblin Valley, I've just Googled it and it looks fantastic. One more place to visit before I'm 40!

Nice photo - I love those rock formations in the southwest. And anything warm looks good this time of year.

Those rocks look like a herd of camels. Nice shot.

Ah! Southern Utah. One of my favorite places on the planet. There are so many beautiful national parks there. I have to say, I think my favorite is Bryce. But I have never been to Goblin Valley. I love the name.
