Are you counting your birds this weekend?
The Great Backyard Bird Count runs from February 13 - 16.
Got kids? They'd love it? Got co-workers? They'll love it too. I have the accountant here at work keeping an eye on the feeders from his window.
Tomorrow I'm holding a "Homemade Bird Feeder" Program so folks in the community can get involved.

Today was a bust for me, but tomorrow I think I'll bribe the birds with seed scattered on the ground outside my window at work... I'll be there all morning, and then if it's not raining, will spend the rest of the weekend counting in our yard at home... much better numbers expected there.
I am considering a feeder at work but then of course I'll have to add window clings so they avoid the window.
What a cool way to get people involved!
