Making Changes

I'm needing to make some changes in my life on a "health conscious" level. While I'm in good shape and health overall, there are some things I've become more aware of that I could certainly improve on.

1) More exercise. Both cardio and strength (muscle building). I really should do something every day. Maybe spend some time on the elliptical, use the exercise ball, work on core muscle exercises. All things I can do easily at home.
2) Eat more servings of fruits and veggies. When I have them in the house, I eat them. Need to have them in the house more often.
3) Drink more water. I do okay, but there is room for improvement. (mmm, I'm thirsty)
4) Try and increase my intake of whole grains/fiber. I could have oatmeal for breakfast, an apple or pear every day, shredded wheat cereal,  a few more carrots in my diet.

So I guess, even though it is not the new year yet, I'd like to begin making these changes. Eating better just makes me feel better. Duh.

Good thinking.
May I just say, it is an honor to drive your fan club around whenever they see you! I love their reaction to you and know that it comes from your love and service to them. You are a special daughter of God. Thank you! We love you!
