Encouraged by Bev from Behind the Bins, I decided to join in with Bird Photography Weekly. What a fun way to share and view other birds.I leave you with an American Avocet seen at a local, small man-made lake. It's a nice spot to visit. Not a big variety of birds, but good numbers of those that do show up.

Woo Hoo. You joined. I love Avocets. The very first time I saw one on was on the Great Salt Lake. Many moons ago.
Oh yes, and there are PLENTY out there!
